{"id":2116,"date":"2024-12-05T11:39:29","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T11:39:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/epicentre.nursing.unibas.ch\/second-workshop-of-the-transdisciplinary-advisory-group\/"},"modified":"2025-07-30T15:56:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T15:56:56","slug":"second-workshop-of-the-transdisciplinary-advisory-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epicentre.nursing.unibas.ch\/en\/second-workshop-of-the-transdisciplinary-advisory-group\/","title":{"rendered":"Second workshop of the transdisciplinary advisory group"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2116\" class=\"elementor elementor-2116 elementor-1346\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8210b8 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a8210b8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-722bb5fd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"722bb5fd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Am 24.Oktober fand der zweite Workshop mit der transdisziplin\u00e4ren Begleitgruppe der ethnographischen Studie zu Partizipation in der Langzeitpflege in der station\u00e4ren Pflege (EPICENTRE), der h\u00e4uslichen Pflege und im betreuten Wohnen (PARTICIPATIO) in den Kantonen Basel-Stadt und Basel-Landschaft statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben Informationen zum aktuellen Stand des Projektes, erhielten die Teilnehmenden einen Einblick in ein eindr\u00fcckliches Fallbeispiel zum \u00dcbertritt vom Spital in ein Pflegeheim. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt lag auf der Einf\u00fchrung theoretischer Ans\u00e4tze zu Partizipation in Alters- und Pflegeheimen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Anschluss diskutierten die Teilnehmenden in verschiedenen Kleingruppen anhand von konkreten Beispielen aus den jeweiligen Arbeitssettings folgende Fragestellungen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wann, wie, wo und warum gibt es bereits Partizipation in meiner Abteilung \/ Institution \/ Verein f\u00fcr Menschen, die mit Langzeitpflege leben?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wo m\u00f6chte ich mehr Partizipation, in welcher Form?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was erhoffe ich mir davon f\u00fcr unsere Abteilung \/ Institution \/ Verein?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Was braucht es dazu, was fehlt zurzeit? Was w\u00fcrde die Umsetzung f\u00fcr meine Abteilung\/ Institution\/ Verein bedeuten? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Schluss trugen die Teilnehmenden die Resultate im Plenum zusammen. Verschiedene Themen kamen dabei zur Sprache, u.a. die F\u00f6rderung einer partizipativen Grundhaltung in den Pflegeteams, die St\u00e4rkungen von Beratungsangeboten durch Peers, die Wichtigkeit einer partizipativen Vorsorgeplanung vor Heimeintritt, die Zusammenarbeit mit den Angeh\u00f6rigen bei Menschen mit dementiellen Erkrankungen, und die Chance eines Perpektivenwechsels: Wie gelingt es den Institutionen, Abteilungen und Vereinen besser am Leben der Betroffenen zu partizipieren? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein herzliches Dankesch\u00f6n allen Beteiligten f\u00fcr die engagierte Diskussion!
