Mai 2025, Universit\u00e4t Basel).<br><br>\ud83d\udc65 Im Dialog mit Fachpersonen, Verwaltung, Interessensvertretungen und Forschung diskutierten wir:<br><br>\ud83d\udc49 Wie kann Partizipation im \u00dcbergang vom Spital in ein Pflegeheim gelingen?<br>\ud83d\udc49 Welche strukturellen Bedingungen f\u00f6rdern oder behindern Partizipation?<br><br>\ud83d\udccc Eindr\u00fccke aus dem Stand unserer ethnografischen Feldforschung:<br><br>&gt; 100 Interviews in Pflegeheimen, Spit\u00e4lern und mit weiteren Personen im Langzeitpflegesektor<br><br>&gt; 350 Beobachtungen bei der Transition aus Spit\u00e4lern, in Pflegeheimen, bei \u00e4lteren Menschen Zuhause in Spitex-Settings und bei Anl\u00e4ssen im Sektor Langzeitpflege<br><br>Erste Einblicke in die Analyse zu Transitionen anhand des bewegenden Fallbeispiels von Herrn Schmid: Sehbehinderung, Sorge um Angeh\u00f6rige, finanzielle Unsicherheit \u2013 und die Frage, was dies f\u00fcr seine Partizipation bedeutet. <br><br>\ud83e\udde0 Partizipation ist mehr als Beteiligung \u2013 sie ist Teilhabe im Kontext struktureller, rechtlicher und sozialer Rahmenbedingungen.<br><br>\ud83d\udca1 Wir danken allen Teilnehmenden f\u00fcr die
